MITSUI OUTLET PARK JAZZ DREAM NAGASHIMA is looking for musicians.

Eligibility

■ Musicians, brass bands, chorus groups, etc.
* Anyone, professional or amateur, is welcome
*No loud noises, dangerous items, or items that violate public order or morals are permitted.
*Hard rock, heavy metal, punk, etc. genres are not allowed.
*Those who can perform at least two stages between 13:00 and 17:00 (each stage is approximately 30 minutes)

How to Apply

Please read and agree to the "Notes" and "Personal Information" below, then fill out the application form and mail it to the address below.
* If you have any CDs or DVDs, please enclose them. (Please note that they will not be returned.)

The process from application to the day of the performance

1. 1. Send the required documents
2. 2. Preliminary review (we will review whether the design matches the facility image, etc.)
3. 3. Only successful applicants will be contacted. (We do not accept Contact regarding employment status.)
4. 4. Schedule adjustments and other details will be discussed (by phone)
5. 5. Meeting/final confirmation (on-site)

Important Notices for Appearances

• Due to weather or other circumstances, we may ask you to change the scheduled date.
• If we decide to stop the performance, we may ask you to stop immediately, even if the performance is in progress.
• Depending on the content, stage usage fees may apply.
• We will not pay any performance fees.
• All expenses will be borne by each participant.
• You will be responsible for setting up the rental equipment yourself.

Precautions for use

1. 1. We cannot accept requests for any of the following:
   
   • - Anything prohibited by law
   • - Anything that damages public morals or the aesthetic appearance
   • - Anything that is considered dangerous in terms of equipment
   • - Anything with political or ideological intent
   • ・Anything that obstructs passage
   • - Anything that may cause a fire, explosion, or other disaster.
   • ・Solicitation, donations, etc.
   • ・Items that emit noise
   • - Any other issues that may impede the operation of MITSUI OUTLET PARK JAZZ DREAM NAGASHIMA
2. 2. If a crowd of people forms and is likely to obstruct passage, please take responsibility for clearing the way.
3. 3. Please obtain prior approval from us regarding the time and content of loading/unloading.
4. 4. When installing any fixtures, please RA行sufficient measures against wind. If any damage is caused to the equipment in the facility or to a third party due to exhibits, installations, or events, you or your company will be required to pay compensation. We will not be held responsible in any way.
5. 5. Please be careful not to let flyers or other materials you distribute end up in designated trash bins or in the aisles.
6. 6. The sound volume during the event will be determined in coordination with us.
7. 7. If there are any changes to the content after approval, please contact us immediately.

Personal Information

The content of your application and any personal information you provide will be used for the purpose of applying to participate in the event at MITSUI OUTLET PARK (Mitsui Fudosan Retail Management Co., Ltd.) and to contact you regarding the operation of the event on the day.
